Men's sessions run on Sunday evenings.
Home games are played using the same time slots, so please consult the calendar to see if training is on.
We may also schedule an additional session or two, during the season to make up for missed practice due to clashes with games.
During season, training sessions focus mainly on core skills for matches, team building, strategy and feedback from games.
Over the summer, our Sunday sessions are generally less structured with more focus on fundamentals, fitness and fun.
